Spa Etiquette

 

To schedule an appointment at Shiatsu Renu, please call the spa at 817.284.1557.  Guests may also book online, 24 hours a day.

 

 

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This time allows for a stress-free check-in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival. To accommodate every guest, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals depending on the bookings of that day.

 

 

Cancellations: We do not require a credit card to be on hold for your appoitment.  However if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appoitment, we ask you to give us advanced notice as a courtesy to our staff.  

 

Tips on Gratuity: Many of our members and guests with promotional offers have asked for guidance in regards to gratuity. If you are pleased with your service, a customary 15-20% gratuity, based on pre-discounted, standard pricing is suggested.

 

 

Medical Conditions: Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointments if the service may pose a threat to existing health and skin conditions.

 

 

Sexual Harassment: We only provide traditional professional massage treatment. It does not involve in or related to any of sexual activities. We are strongly against sexual harassment/assault and it is strictly prohibited on our premises. We reserve the right to ask you to leave or to have you removed if you in breach to our staff.
